INTENSIVE: Roles and dialogues in tango
Description: Understanding the dynamics between roles in tango is essential to maintaining balance and harmony in the couple. We will explore this concept in giros, progressing to sacadas and ganchos to reinforce the concept.
Two 2 hours workshops followed by a Practica

Workshop 1: Using tension in rhythmic tango
Description: Tension in the body isn’t the same as muscular contraction. To musically express rhythmic tango, what we need is not to dance fast, but to use the body differently.

Workshop 2: Vals
Description: We will explore how to broaden the ways in which our bodies can express Vals music. Our power as dancers comes from the music and the connection with the floor and the partner.
